SLS Webbinar - Healthcare Policy in Focus: Trump vs. Harris and the Future of American Healthcare

Welcome to a free webinar on October 30 from 12:00 to 13:00, with Professor Dr. Zachary W. Schulz, a public health historian, specializing in healthcare policy and promotion.

This talk will explore the contrasting healthcare records of Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, focusing on key areas such as Medicare, the Affordable Care Act, drug policy, public health infrastructure, and initiatives to prevent child abuse and domestic violence. By analyzing their respective legislative and executive actions, I will provide insights into how their healthcare approaches have shaped public health in the U.S. and discuss potential implications for the future, particularly in light of the upcoming presidential election.
