Registration
15 May 2012, is deadline for registration. Please register on-line / return the registration form to the Swedish Society of Medicine, P.O. Box 738, SE-101 35 Stockholm, Sweden.
All congress documents will be handed out to the participants at the desk outside the symposium hall from 7 a.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Lunches, coffe & symposium dinner
Lunches and coffee are included in the registration fee and will be served in the on-site restaurant at the SSM.
The symposium dinner on June 15 is also included in the registration fee.
Accompanying persons pay SEK 1000 for the dinner and cruise on June 15.

Course documentation
A set of glass slides from the cases will be distributed to the first 150 registered participants, at the meeting. A syllabus will be given to all participants with a discussion of the cases.

To and from the airport
Arlanda Express is the fastest way into town from Stockholm-Arlanda Airport. It only takes 20 minutes from the airport to the Central Station in Stockholm. There are two stations at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport, Arlanda Södra (south) with access to terminals 2, 3 and 4, plus Arlanda norra (north) under terminal 5.
Airport buses takes approx. 45 minutes.
