A set of glass slides from the cases will be distributed to the first
150 registered participants, (at the registration on 14 June) and a syllabus will be given to all participants with a discussion of the cases.

The cost for registration is 10.000 SEK (approx USF 1420). The registration fee includes:
admission to all scientific sessions, a set of glass slides, an abstractbook,
lunches & coffee and the symposium dinner on June 15 (cruise & dinner).

Accompanying persons are welcome to the symposium dinner on June 15,
at a cost for SEK 1000 (approx USD 140).

The reception at the city hall, on June14, 2012, is reserved for international guests
on a first come bases due to limited space (150 guests).
